Reflexology - £40 per 1 hour session
Reflexology operates on the fascinating premise that your feet are a microcosm of your entire body. Each part of your foot corresponds to different organs, glands, and systems. For instance, the tips of your toes represent your head, while the heel correlates with your lower back and pelvis. During a reflexology session, your therapist uses this "map" to target specific areas.
